This privacy policy explains how Paulaner Yerevan (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit paulaner.am, book a table or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data.
1. Data we collect
Reservation data: your name, phone number, e-mail address (optional), date and time of the visit, number of guests and any special requests you share with us.
Contact data: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the website.
2. Why we use your data
To manage and confirm your table reservations, to answer your enquiries, to organise private events you request, and to keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, in order to provide the service you have requested (such as a reservation), and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website itself works without cookies. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser's local storage so that we do not have to ask you on every visit; after 12 months we ask again.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to collect statistics about how the website is used — for example which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and the approximate location. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) for this purpose. The data is processed by Google and may be transferred outside Armenia.
Analytics are loaded only after you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded at all. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies.
Embedded maps are provided by Google and may set their own cookies when the map is loaded.
5. How long we keep data
Reservation data is kept for up to 12 months after your visit. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for no longer than 24 months.
6. Sharing your data
We share data only with service providers who help us run the website and reservation system (for example hosting and e-mail providers, and — only with your consent — Google for website analytics), and only to the extent necessary. They are bound to keep your data confidential.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw your consent at any time and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of the last update.
